Shed location: 33 Middlebrook Drive Katikati, New members are always welcome.
Normal open times. 09.00 – 13.00 (9am – 1pm) Monday, Thursday and Saturday, men only.
Community days: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours will be the same. By prior booking, associate members (the ladies) welcome to come and use the tools to learn to, or if they have the skills, make their own projects. These sessions will be under the supervision of one of our Shed supervisors. Times often extend into the afternoon with six to twelve members present to enjoy fellowship and share activities.
Past projects have included four colourful seats for the recently restored Cherry Court in the town centre, information signs for parks and reserves, starling boxes (a Katch Katikati fund raising initiative), vermin trap boxes for the Aongatete Forest Trust, beehive components, support for Kindergarten, and a host of continuing repairs for the public.
