Location 43 St. Martins Road. Open Monday 1-4pm Wednesday and Saturday mornings 9am – 12pm.
It all started with a meeting in mid-2019 to gauge interest amongst local residents of St Martins and surrounding suburbs about developing a MENZSHED. There was plenty of enthusiasm at that meeting, and plenty of people willing to pool their varied talents. Just over 18 months later, we were able to hold our official opening, unlocking the doors of our woodworking workshop and our electrical workshop to our growing band of members.
With an emphasis on building a welcoming and friendly environment, we are happy to have visits from prospective members during our Saturday and Wednesday morning open sessions.
We are always on the lookout for local community projects with which we can assist. Members can either get involved with those projects, or bring their own projects to work on. And if you don’t think you have the skills, ask around as someone is bound to help!
