The Paeroa racecourse, which had been unused for eight years, was sold to a former South Islander who had shifted to Omokoroa near Tauranga and intended to subdivide the property.
One of the numerous buildings was a 19 x 9 meter shed which he offered us rent-free, subject to refurbishing the interior. We are well advanced with this now and should have carpentry and engineering divisions set up early next year.
