Established 2012 MENZSHED NZ member since 2014
Our shed is located on the Tapawera Recreation Reserve. 
The entrance is from Matai Cres, just before #14. We are open each Saturday from 10am.
MENZSHED Tapawera was established during 2013 to:
- provide a place for men in the Tapawera and districts community to learn skills from each other,
- engage and support all groups of men in the Tapawera and districts community to promote identity, sociability, companionship, physical activity, education and
- share, disseminate and preserve the skills, abilities and interests that are relevant to the Members and the community.
Our shed is:
- an Incorporated Society #257106
- registered with Charities Services CC50585
- a foundation member of MENZSHED NZ.
Membership comprises men from the Tapawera village and rural areas, with an age range 50 up.
Constructed by the sheddies 2022.
